is located just North of Franklin, NC, and can easily be reached from
Atlanta to the south, Asheville to the east, or Gatlinburg to the north. If
you are flying in, the closest airports are in Atlanta and Asheville.

From Asheville, North Carolina:
Take I-40 West until you
reach Exit 27, at which point you take US 74 West. Stay on 74 West until
you reach Exit 81, which puts you on 441 South. After about 20 miles on
441 you will come to the town of Franklin. Take the 441 Business exit
into Franklin and drive through downtown (which is only three blocks
long). At the far end of town, there is a signal at Harrison Street,
which is also Route 28 North. Turn right on Harrison/Route 28 and drive
north 3.3 miles. Turn left on Iotla Church Road, right after the
Phillips 66 station. Take Iotla Church Road (which turns into
Burningtown Road) for 4.0 miles, at which point you will see Silvercrest
on your right.
From
Atlanta, Georgia:
Take I-85 North to I-985
North. I-985 becomes US 441 (which is also Highway 23). As you approach
Franklin, NC, stay on the 441 Business route (don't turn off on the 441
Bypass) until the road ends at Main Street in the heart of town. Make a
right onto Main Street followed by an immediate left to get onto
Harrison Street, which is also 28 North. Take Harrison/Route 28 north
3.3 miles, then turn left on Iotla Church Road, right after the Phillips
66 station. Take Iotla Church Road (which turns into Burningtown Road)
for 4.0 miles, at which point you will see Silvercrest on your right.
